For each account, click Select an Account, then Enter Another Name, provide a name for the account that displays, then click OK.Quicken will connect to and get your account information. Enter your user name and password as your Quicken client ID and PIN.Choose Online as the method to set up those accounts.(If you don't see Vanguard listed, update your financial institution list.)

Choose Vanguard Group and click Continue.Select the File menu in Quicken, then New, then Account.To hide an account or display a missing account, modify your Preferred Account View on the Accounts & Activity page on our site. Only accounts that display in your Preferred Account View will download.Subsequent downloads will only include new transactions.
